LOUISIANA LICENSED ENGINEER SEAL.
Please input your name exactly as it should appear on the seal.
Please input your license number exactly as it should appear on the seal.
Please input your discipline selection.
Please input your seal rotation.  This is the direction of your seal on the insert based on where you crimp the paper from the bottom, top, left or right sides.

POCKET STYLE EMBOSSER (CRIMP)
Desk style embosser is also available. Select from the options below.   

SEAL IMPRESSION SIZE: 1 5/8"
Louisiana requires that the diameter of a seal be either 1 5/8" or 2".
To change to a 2" seal please select from the option below. 

SECURITY
You can also select the option to have your embosser set on a locking unit.  This allows only the appropriate user to be able to access the unit for crimping. 
This option is only available in a pocket style, in both 1 5/8" or 2" sizes. 

OPTIONS
The state of Louisiana also permits a digital file of your seal.  If you want to add a digital seal to your order please select the option below. 

If you would like a proof of your seal emailed to you please select the option below.
